Validation of total grains and feed materials’ imports forecast for Egyptian markets based on historical country statistics (production, consumption, and GDP and population growth).
Assessment of the complete logistics chain to identify the maximum achievable throughput with the proposed alternatives of discharging & handling equipment and storage capacity.
SWOT/ competitive analysis of the existing Grains & Feed Materials terminals/stevedores at Dekheila and Alexandria ports to determine the project’s value proposition in terms of services and tariffs.
